Default 98 overheating need help

hey whats up i have a 98 lx swapped with a b16a2 turboed with a greddy fmic, a obx half size radiator and a low profile fan. i have replaced the thermostat and the fan is working. but it still gets hot(in limp mode hot) on hot days. i also have a p28 ecu with s300. anyone else have any ideas like a push pull rad setup of a full size rad with dual fans? what are your setups? thanks
