Now i'm really pissed at Goodson Acura....!!!!
first of all they burned the passenger door with there buffer....and seemed to wax it with a brillo pad....then they left a bolt loose on the tranny.....then they lost the two bolts that hold down the mount on my JDM Dc 4-1 header, and then to top it off, they put 37 PSI in the left wheel, and 47 PSI in the right wheel...WTF is that....and they stripped my jack, and they say i broke it....i've never used the damn thing....there the only ones who used it taking off da donuts on the wheels....ARRGHHHH....i'm gonna kill them....bring them back to life, just to kill them again....them bring them back to life and make sure they drive a toyota echo for the rest of their lives
lets not forget they made me pay for a clutch that didnt need replacing, and they just seemed to lose my old flywheel, but they put a new one in mine.....they better have

hey man...try contacting the general manager, and tell your story with a calm, professional voice. relay your disappointment with the service and threaten to call honda corporate and/or the regional manager if the situation isn't corrected. some folks here have that number...try searching.

i know...i mean goodson has a killer shop....great mechanics, but just some of the small simple stuff is crappy work...sorry but i'm ****....that little stuff pisses me off...if anybody knows the number....send it my way

Calmly explain to the General Manager everything you find unacceptable about their service and tell him that if they do not remedy things to your satisfaction that you will have no choice but to contact American Honda with your complaints.

Its sad when a garage needs to use your scissor jack. Do they not have professional grade jacks in the shop??

I know what you're going through man. One Acura dealership (Riddle Acura), dicked me over. Somehow, I messed up my fifth gear synchro. I took it back to them they said theyre gonna replace the whole tranny. I get a call few days later, now they say "we're just going to replace 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear". I was pissed off, first they tell me the whole tranny, now just the gears! So they SUPPOSEDLY fix it. I go driving they car again, and BAM, the same problem AGAIN!!!!!!!
I took it back to them. They said we noticed some hot spots on the clutch and blah blah blah. Basically they told me we're not fixing it again cuz we know youre driving this car hard. I called Acura Corp. in Cali, and they told me the same bs that Riddle told me. I have my friend crack open the tranny, he's was a Honda mech. for years. WHen he got it open he told me that bearings we're messed up, there were certain parts missing. I dont know what parts were gone, but this guy is TRUSTWORTY. He fixed my tranny and I havent had a problem since, its been 3 years already. I couldnt go back and complain to Riddle, because at that time my friend did the job on the side, and I dint want him to get into trouble or fired. But I dont bring my car there anymore. I still have plans for some of the cars on their lot! HEHEHEH!
