I just moved up here a few weeks ago and had a question. If you have a titled JDM car in another state is it easy to get it titled in PA? I went to an auto tags place yesterday, and they said if I have the U.S title and bring the car over for them to check the VINs I should be ok. I'm trying to get this ITR, but I don't want to buy if I can't title it. Any info at all would be really helpful. I've spent the last 3 years in "drive whatever the hell you wantville" in SC.

Could you elaborate on that? If someone brings a titled JDM ITR from lets say SC, they can't bring it here and re-title it in PA? btw I saw your "UpGarage in Philly" thread, omg amazing I'll be seeing you guys in the future.

 

Well, there are many factors.... post a pic of the title or email it to me at nick@elitejdm.com and i will take a look at it...

one of the main things that will matter is how many digits the vin # is!

 

I don't have a pic of the title, but I do know it's titled under the 10 digit vin #

 

I think you will have a problem if it uses the JDM Vin
