Default Help.. Rich/Lean AF Ratio... New Motor

i just had my motor rebuilt and ran into some problems with the fuel. He tried tuning my car but it was running really lean, no matter how much fuel was added. The car wasnt building fuel pressure. I switched out the fuel pumps and the problem still existed. I went home to change the fuel filter and he said if im running rich then the problem should be solved.

I just got done installing a AEM wideband, at idle its about 13.9-14.1, cruising around its about 14.2 and giving it a little gas it jumps to ~15.5

I tried searching but I couldnt find the answer I need. Is 14.2 about right for a NA cruise ratio?

i cruise at like 15.5 but i wouldnt be so concerned about that. there is no load on the motor when your cruising, you need to be very worried about the 14.1+ under throttle!
