My 96 accord 2.2L auto lx will not start, so i put in a new starter, battery, spark plugs and wires. I go to start it and nothing happens, not even a click. I check the fuses, pull out the starter and batt. to have it tested and it is good( it better be cause its all new...LOL). I use the voltmeter to test the start lead termainal and it reads 0.1. Now where should i go from here since there is not enought volts at the start lead terminal. Any ideas ?
