which is a better camshaft b18 or b20

Quick question. Which cam is better b18 or b20. Ive been hearing that the b18 cams are better than the b20. Which is true and who had experience with this thanks please help me out. Because if its true im planning to swap out my b20 cams for a b18 thanks again.

based off measurements, the b20's are touch bigger but negligable at most
