D16 Crank shafts?

Default D16 Crank shafts?

Hi guys, just got a questions regarding the d16 crank standard crankshaft, ive been told there basically bullet proof but. What i want to know is will a stock d16 crankshaft take 10000 rpm while running a turbo also, ive searched high and low for a steel crankshaft and can't find one any were.

Engine will be:
Wiesco Pistons (low comp)
Eagle rods
ARP head bolts
Skunk 2 stage 3 camshaft.
AEM cam pulley.
450 bhp turbo kit.(will mod to my liking)
650cc injectors
high flow fuel rail
stainless steel bolts threwout the engine
Toga engine bearings
Skunk 2 inlet
KMS Ultimate Valve Train Package - forged valves, titanium retainers. block guard etc..
AEM filter
Greddy E-Management Ultimate ECU.

most with these 400+ hp d series are running stock crankshafts and only reving to 8k not 10k

Stock crankshaft is fine for 400 hp, emanage is junk for a honda, you probably won't be making any power at 10k.

so you would advise only reving at 8000rpm? 9000rpm is proberly what ill go for though my self.

400bhp on a stock crank anyone tell me were i can get a steel crank?

Have you ever searched the 9 million threads on turbo D and B-series pushing 4-5-600 whp, they are all running stock crankshaft, you will not have a problem, and we are talking whp, not bhp. 8-9k should be fine, just wait to see where you quit making power.
