Anyone going to this? I see a lot of Hondas signed up. I'm visiting the inlaws this weekend and am bringing the father-in-law. I'll be driving my 2.5 RS, He'll be in his RX8. Just kinda curious if I'll know anyone there.

I was going to go but missed the deadline for pre-registration and with only 15 spots left I do not want to drive 2 hours to be turned away. Hopefully get to run on that lot, I heard it's huge.

 

lol.... if they are going to use the same sections as they did for there first event, it's long, but that's about it.

yep, topped off the oil and it quieted the tick down. Hit 476 to head to the in-laws home and after not too much longer it just got louder and louder until it seized up.

Do you know any good shops in the area that could handle a swap? Its at some random goodyear and I'm kinda stuck since I don't know the shops in the area. I would hate to get stuck with a OEM replacement block. lol

Damn that was a long course. Tons of fun though. I love talking hondas with people at events and I havent missed one in the last 2 years for the philly region. I drive the black dented up EP3 55 SMF.

 

great course but never got a clean run, got my butt kick by everyone in FM

 

Was watching some vids from Philly. Yeah looked like a long course with some good speeds. I kick myself for not preregistering in time.

I think the next event conincides with ASCC's event at Park City.

 

you're going to kick your self more now, they had about 14 spots open before they were going to close registration.

was a very fast course. the far back sweeper, if you weren't afraid, you could have gotten into third if you had the HP. i remember hitting the rev limiter almost every time i got there. plus the last section before the 90 right was very fast too.

 

Yeah but that is something I couldn't take a chance on. At some of our events we had to turn people away (especially at hershey) due to limited spacing. I didn't want to be one of those people.

 

yeah, true. i was surprised that they still even had openings.
