Probably.
You would need the 150 dollar conversion harness and the 150 dollar chipped ECU....plus the ECU to chip....another 150.
450 to do this or.
100 to have a local shop replace the sensor.

from my experience i had a p28 ecu chiped and tuned by ericks racing and it was in my 97dx w/ b16a. it eliminated the knock sensor and the secondary O2 sensor.
i had to buy a skunk2 obd1-obd2 harness for 150 though.peace
