Default 205 40's

will 205 40 17's fit on an 96 integra that is lowered 1.5 all around?

Also, will there be scrubbing or anything like that? Thanks for all the help!

mine is lowered way more and my camber is perfect. fits like a charm. depends on springs/coilovers. my car is not bouncy
