Default Bad idle help!

The car is a 93 Integra, I set my idle to be at about 850-900 rpm's. When im driving in the city I notice that at times, my idol stays at about 1400 rpm's and I have to rev it a bit so that it can drop down to normal idle. Sometimes my idle is at about 200 rpm's and sometimes turns off on me when idle is real low. I cleaned out the idle air (IAVC) with brake cleaner and the problem still presists. Any help on how to fix this would be great, could the throttle body be bad, is greatly appreciated thanks.

Have you checked your grounding wires. maybe they just need a good cleaning.

I have a 98 jdm b18c motor swap with S2 pro 2 cams, S2 flat face valves and I have the same problem... as soon as I let go of the gas pedal, my engine idles at 2100 RPM until I come to a complete stop it idles back to 1000. I also cleaned the IAC with CARB/TB cleaner... nothing happened. did you check the calibration on your TPS with a multi meater? or have you try replacing the TPS

Try this link https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/cleaning-iacv-fitv-tb-1844067/
and check your 2 radiator hose... check if one is hot and the other is cold, you might need to change the thermostat
