If anyone out there can point me in the right direction here, I would really appreciate it! So the other day, it's raining out and I put my wipers on. When I went to turn them off, they just keep right on going! Yesterday, my drivers window won't go up, and all i head is a clicking in the door (i would imagine window motor for this). Now yesterday as well, my check engine light comes on. Today upon start up, it wasn't on, but came on a couple of minutes later. On my drive home today, my speedo and tack were moving along with my windshield wipers, and then just quit working. So, is my car haunted?? Any idea what the culprit (or culprits) could be here? I am going to get a voltage reader and check my alternator in the morning, but i'm just wondering if anyone has seen this before. The car is a 94 EX 4 door 5 speed with 107,000 (roughly because the damn odometer hasn't worked since i got the car 7 months ago)

 

Check the switch first and get wiring diagrams (haynes manual i perfer)

usually a hardware failure, i modified mine to work but you normally need a new one, check ebay and junk yard.

Once its on go to auto parts store to get it tested and reply with the engine code.
