Default JDMh22a into cb7...dist. ps. tensioner?s

ive been reading the swap threads/faqs and there are a few things that im not clear on....

i have a 1991 accord lx 2dr coupe with the usdm f22a1 and purchased a JDM H22a 92-95 complete swap....

im not sure if they are both internal or external coilpacks....can i just use the stock dist. from the h22a if it is in good condition??? i have new plugs and wires in my f22a w/ less than 1k on em.... whats the deal with the dists?

and then the auto/manual tensioner conversion....i know i should do it but whats the worst that could happen if i dont?

does anybody know where i can get some good diagrams for the powersteering setup for the h22 into cb7? im under the impression i can gradually bend the lines or should i just get new ones???

im sorry im a newb and this is my first swap and the SEARCH function hasnt been much help....i just want to make sure i do this right.....

much thanks to anyone who lends me some advice the guys at cb7tuner dont seem to like me much

your accord has the internal coil. keep it. use the accord engine harness and it'll save you a lot of time. just run the wires for vtec.
auto to manual tensioner is not necessary, but precautionary. the worst that could happen is that it'll fail and you'll have to change it anyway, it's just a lot easier to do with the engine out of the car.
for the power steering you would have to find the proper length hose, or get somebody to braze the accord line to the prelude one.
if they don't like you at cb7tuner, good luck here.
