You bumping the compression at all with different pistons? Might as well swap them out, if you're boring over you'll need new ones anyways. The biggest power difference you'll see is with the cam. I don't know what else is done and what cam you're going with, so hard to speculate what kind of power you'll be making.

That calc is decently accurate, if you know the RPM your peak power will be at.

I am going with level 1 D Series cam for now and the mini me is something i considered but I have a budget of around 400.00 dollars so i am somewhat limited to what i can afford to do. Machine shop work is going to cost around 150-175 and the cam is 229.

if you shop around, or even go to a pull it yourself junk yard, you can get a vtec head for around 75 bucks.

ok thanks for feedback so far, i am on a budget like i said so a B16 which I wanted is outside of my budget so i am forced to waste time on what i have. Plus i have a fabricated turbo and intercooler that is ready to bolt afterwards. I figure with Turbo and rebuild i have i will easily be pushing close to 200 hp at 10PSI once i am done.. All of this fur under 1k,.

Doing a competent job rebuilding an engine will cost several hundred dollars in machine work alone. You're also talking about several hundred dollars worth of parts in your posts here; make sure to add up what it would all cost beforehand.

I'd just save longer for a B16 or ZC. If you can't wait, hook up a wet nitrous kit with a very mild jet; it's only a couple hundred dollars and if you don't go overboard with the amount of nitrous oxide you run you won't blow your engine with it.
