Hey guys, my power outlet in my civic was popped out of the center console when i bought it and i thought it wouldnt be a big deal. well its bothering the hell out of me and i need to know how to fix it.

Ive tried to just pop it back in but that didnt work. any help?

 

Put it in and twist. Theres a little tab thats your locking tab. Line the tab up with the notch in the plastic housing, push it in and twist .

 

idk bout 92-95 but if you have a 96-00 like me you take the whole panel off its like 4 screws when you slide the a/c outlet in there is a metal peice that looks exactly like the back half of the outlet you slide it over and screw it on hence the giant threads that are on the end of the outlet but since yours is falling out chances are yours was never put back on so eathier go to a junkyard and get just the metal backing or source a whole new outlet from honda it cant be much. i hope you understood what im talking about but to make it easier if the outlets a d**k its like putting as threaded condom on lol
