Default b18c1 no butterflys.....obd1 b16 ecu???

just a quick question. how good will a obd1 b16 ecu run a gsr w/o the butterflys? i ask cause i have a b16 in my 96 coupe now and just picked up a gsr finally. and i wana get rid of them. got whale dong intake, kamazki header, and a total custom 2.5 exhause with no cat. i was hoping 2 not have 2 fork out more cash 2 chip the ecu. but if so im in mid md who is good and how much????

yea with a stock manifold you want your secondaries to open up...the pr3 will work but your better off running a chipped p28 if your going that route..as for chip companies, there are tons of them out there. do your research because your most likely going to have to send your core out anyway....i mean in the past ive used ebay "spoon" chips and they worked just fine just no rev limiter

You mean closed. The butterflies will stay open if they aren't hooked up.
