Default ORIGINAL 91 CRX si EATING GAS

I thinks it running too rich or something because its real boggy up to about 4000 rpm and then some power kicks in. Its the original 1.6 si motor with new pistons and rings and 145,000 originally on it. I put about 3000 miles on it so far and it used to get a little bit over 300 miles on a tank. Now its getting about 190+/-. Please help anyone....glad i found this site but did not find any previous threads with a situation like mine. Its not flashing any codes either.

When I did my zc swap I got 10Mpg. Yes 10mpg! I had a bad ecu. Not saying you have the same problem but if you have another ecu try it. I now get about 200 miles to 6 gallons of fuel. Also +1 on the tuneup

id check to see if your leaking oil, not having enough oil can make your car eat gas. id also check for clogged injectors, ecu codes, and make a tuneup as this may help to solve other problems. If the problem still exists after that then its something else.
