With the dual runner design of the h23 intake manifold, how can i corecctly get me to operate the secondary IAB throttle plates on the manifold? Lookin at AFA accords how to he just removed them and sealed the holes. But im just wondering if its worth figuring out how to get them working correctly or should i just remove them?
