Yeah, it's not just sag, it's setting up your whole suspension. awesome vid.

i also didn't realize that gsxr's came with 3 way damping on the shock?

+1 for setting your sag/suspension but its kinda a rough ride after setting it..while riding street that is.... but for the track! hells yah! helps tire wear too....
