you need a big tank, max pressure is irrelevant really since you shouldnt use more than 40 psi at any time, but i wouldnt even attempt to paint a whole car with less than a 40-60 gallon tank, unless you want to run out of air in the middle of a panel.
i bought a 60 gallon from home depot, 220 volt was about 400 bucks, worked great i had to sell it when i moved but plenty was painted with it and we never had any issues. you WILL need to let the pressure build back up once in a while but you shouldnt get it down to where you will have atomization issues with a 60 gallon
As stated above, you should not be concerned about the brand, but more so having a tank that holds enough air to spray each panel consecutively.

of course, the old addage rings true, you get what you pay for. that husky compressor from home depot is about 50 times louder than a high priced industiral screw-type compressor but of course that quiet operation comes with a HEFTY price tag. i would plan to keep the compressor OUT of wherever you are working if you like to be able to think. i would suggest outside under a small overhanging roof/tent whatever so you can muffle the noise somewhat. otherwise you may find a compressor like that unbearable.
