Sounds good. For a BBQ meet. Maybe somewhere where we can swim too. Somethen around the American River or Sacramento River?? Keep it Local.

 

im down for a meet, any meet. just to meet ppl, mainly one dude i been wantin to meet.

 

Where are some good places to swim around sac?? Where we can have our cars fairly close to us while we swim. Or do you guys just want to do a BBQ meet only??

 

i would prefer just a BBQ personally..it would have to be something in the month of June. How's Saturday June 6th sound?

Miller Park we can swim and bbq and ther cars will be like right their. Nice shade too

Where is miller park. Sounds like a good idea. I think there is a park on folsom road called goethe park I think. I'm not sure. But need to find a spot so I can try to get the day off and a forsure date would be nice too

 

yea miller park is were all the motorcycle crews and lowriders have there big *** bbq's n shiiit but the water is dirty as hell

 

Yea thats right it is dirty huh, i never swam their, the only good thing is the free parking LOL and the shade

 

yea a few times when i use to swim there id drink that nasty water on accident haha n theres helluh beer bottles ingraved into the sand so filthy

 

i think American river or Folsom lake would be better ... miller get kinda crazy sometimes with all them loweriders, and plus that water like poop ... both American and Folsom lake would be a lot cooler then having the meet in sac ... it you guys just drive east of sac for about 30-45 mins weather gets a lot cooler then SAC ... i don't think people would like getting baked in the sun ... just cause i know there is a lot of honda's in the el do hill, Camron park, Folsom , that might just come ....

 

yeah, something like folsom lake would be cool...

i say someone just set up another meet at endless, sonny always down for meets. and so far they turn out pretty good, alot better then lollicup meets if you ask me. i think the best lollicup meet they had was like 2 or 3 years ago, when richy still had that monster supra and the rest of his crew was still in the game

endless? naww it'll be too often..meaning less ppl would show up when they decide to throw a big one..ya feel?
i think a great place for a SUMMER BBQ would be @ Discovery Park

Lets try to repeat the Discovery park meet last year.. Its probably the biggest park/bbq meet I have seen..

 

think i seen you today driving.. lol.. tailgating me and ish.. haha..

 

I actually agree with you Mike. That was the time we had an S2K meet here in Sac at the same time. Guys from the Bay rolled up with us to the meet. I remember I PM'ed hella people to come to the meet from the Nor Cal section.

Most of us are pretty much getting out of the game though. Some of my boys now have houses to pay for..I'm working on my first purchase sometime this year (As soon as I stop buying mods for the M3 LOL). Who knows about the next Lollicup turnout on 6/14. I haven't been active on this forum, but I guess news on the meet is spreading by word of mouth. Hope to see you guys there though!

I work Saturdays, but ill make it @6, im 5mins away.

 

6pm sounds like a good start time..its not fun sitting around in the overly exposed sun :p
