k24a2 is just the block, crank,rods,pistons, lower girdle. All will be kept assembled. For another 150 i can give you the timing cover, timing chain, chain guide, oil pan, oil pump, oil pump change, crank timing gear, crank pulley, and crank sensor. Shipping will be additional 100.

I have a K20z3 block but it not listed in this add. I had it listed in a older sale thread. That includes the block itself, lower main girdle with bolts, and oil pan. Crank can be thrown in for extra. Is that what you are referring to?
