Need help wiring the horn on Momo steering wheel.

Need help wiring the horn on Momo steering wheel.
Can somebody please tell me where these wires are supposed to go? Am I missing any hardware? Found this at the junkyard but haven't been able to get the horn to work.
The horn was working fine with the old steering wheel and all fuses are good.
