Default DA9 seats into an EJ8

Hey, I just have a quick question. I'm getting a really good deal on some cloth da9 Integra seats ($100 front and rear) and wanted to know if they would be able to fit my ej8 without any problems or modifications. My main concern is the front seats so if I can't use the rear then it's no problem. Also is there any difference between the older Integra seats (da9) and the newer ones (dc2)? Are they the same design or are there any visual differences besides the cloth and leather options? Thanks for your help.

It's the DC seats you want. They need the inner rails swapped over from your original seats (takes about 20 mins), then they bolt right in
Here's a shot of a pair of 98 gsr's in my 96 Hatch

I wish I could find a pair of DC seats, but in my area they're really hard to find, and if I do find a pair, the owner usually wants a ridiculous price for them. My friend's DA was in an accident and he offered me his seats. I'm going by memory but from what I remember they do look similar to your DC seats (which look really good btw). Are there any big visual differences between the DA and DC seats?

btw Deetz, I can't wait to see the progress you make on your VSM SiR project. I have an 00' VSM EJ8 so I really wanna see where you go with yours.

Thanks man, just waiting for a couple small parts to arrive before the rest of the front end goes back together.
I got a set of 2001 Integra seats for my 00 SiR, of which i already installed into the new cars as well, but didn't have the chance to shoot pics before it went into the shop. Hopefully i can update next week.

I know for sure the mounting is different between gens of integra's, and if i were you, i'd wait it out till there is a deal. I did that, paid $100 for one pair, and $80 for the newer ones.

Ok, I guess I'll wait it out for now then. OEM EJ8 seats aren't bad, but I just don't like them that much.

I'm surprised by how fast your progress is on the car. I guess when you said you get a new project every year you weren't kidding lol. When do you think you will be done with it?
