Still kinda new here, but im in the process of rebuilding my sedan that was wrecked on the front passengers side. I was wondering if anyone had any measurements of what the frame rails are supposed to be. I got it back to what looks like straight but i just wanted to make sure.

 

straightening the frame rails yourself? sounds pretty ********* but ok. If you're doing it (i'm assuming with a winch and a tree?) your best bet is to line up the panels as you make adjustments and judge from there because it will never be back in spec without a machine designed for the job.

It is hill-billy haha, but the only reason im doing it myself is because it wasnt that badly damaged and the point of impact was on the corner light so the the strut towers werent moved at all just mostly cosmetic besides a slight core support shift

 

ah i see, in that case your best bet is like we said, you're gonna just have to go by the fitment of the panels as you go, making your adjustments accordingly.
