Default Axles

I have a 95 EX MT Accord with ABS and it needs new axles. I also own a 97 Auto Accord non ABS that I have junked, but has new axles on it. Are these axles compatible with my 95 MT Accord? I hate to buy new axles knowing that I have purchased some already and they are just sitting on a non-running car. Thanks for any help.

Call the dealership and see if the part#'s are the same. 97-98 they redesigned the accord so I should think they aren't compatible.

The rear axle is where you're going to run into problems with the ABS sensor since the wheel sensors will be inside of the axle. I don't know how it's fitted; if each wheel has it's own sensor or if the car uses the tranny speed sensor, brake pressure and reference logarithms to determine when it kicks in.

The front won't be a problem; the you've got 4 joints and 2 intermediary bars that'll probably be interchangeable. It's the rear you've got to worry 'bout.

I'm sorry, I should have stated it is for the CV joints up front AKA the drive shafts.
