Default lower raditor hose geting hot plz help

Ok whats up honda tech my 95 accord today while i was driveing started to smell like anitfreez it was at normal temp so i stoped and took a look no leaks or anything so i wait a few to let it cool down just in case ride home with the heat on. and then i feel then i get home and look again and the lower hose is really hot when i touch it is it suppose to be hott? im gona put a tstat in it tonite. but is it suppose to get warm anything i should check????? please help thanks ....

Thermostat may need replacing.
Make sure you have water in the radiator first.

if one hose is considerably hotter than the other it sounds like the tstat is stuck.

yeah it was stuck i threw one it was prety easy added some 5050 to it works awsome now. butt now im haveing issues with the brake master cyl i got it all all but cant get it to slide off the boster idk why maybe rust. but i wacked it with a 5lb sledge and no go.. anyideas?
