what spring rates....
Decided to get the PIC Apex coilovers but can't decide which spring rate to go with...Thinking about the p3 12kf-10kr..But its hard to make a decision on reading..Anyone have any usefull feedback on what works, mainly agressive back road driving with some track time both road and drag..
Thanks for the input..

Don't slam the car tho, as they won't prevent you from bottoming out.
Really depends how you use the car....
Even for track, it depends how the track is.... Any brake intensive track will require really stiff springs...
For street, I use 14/9 spring rates.

I just bought the PIC Selects in a 12/10K set up and I couldn't be happier. I was a little concerned that they would be too stiff for daily driving, but I was wrong, they are great. I daily drive my car and take it to the track occasionally. This weekend was the first time I took it to the track and it was awesome. The car handled great I couldn't have asked for anything more from the PIC's. I can't see why you wouldn't be happier with 12/10K but if your thinking about tracking the car, really consider the selects from PIC. They just give you more adjustability to really dial in how the car handles.
