What's this part called?
Hey everyone,
So this morning on my way to work, my civic just turned into quite the mess. The lower belt drive fell off....those are the best words I can use to describe it. However, I need to the real name of the parts associated with it, so that way I can begin to fix it.

If anyone can tell me what the part(s) that the arrow points to are, I'd sure appreciate it.
