I believe it does fit, although the offset will be off slighty. However, I don't know why you would buy ITR wheels (15") and stick them on a lude which has 16"stock even if it was just for drag racing.

Yes, they fit perfectly and clear the brakes fine. However, the ITR wheels are only 6"wide - which limits your safe tire width choices to about 205mm. A better option would be some 15x7" wheels like Kosei K1s so you can fit some meaty 225mm width tires on them.
