Here was my first one. I didn't even bother to edit it.

This was my first time on this track. 1st day, 1st session looking backwards.

Unfortunately for me. This cam's batteries ran out right about the time that Wai in the Spoon caR and myself had a great 3 or 4 lap battle. A few times I could see his helmeted face under my spoiler, he was so close. But it didn't get caught on tape as I had hoped. Wai, we'll have to do it again.

there will be so many pictures floating around with plates, that I don't think these vids will be a big deal....
also the owners that were worried about plates were removing them while at the event or covering them up, I saw a few
Since when has the attitude about plates become so casual here?
some will edit and some won't..... it's like that every year, if someone is that worried they really should think about blocking their plates or taking them off.
not defending anyone or anything, but some people took 500+ pics, a few minutes of editing? more like hours

I think I remember that session. I came out in the middle of the session, and pointed you by. Then I picked up some speed and caught back up.
Super awesome time and nice meeting you Shawn.
<--- Came to the track with a dead cam battery, and forgot the charger
Would've had some nice footage on Tuesday, and could've put up the Tart slinging my POS around

I thought about it. I was suprised at how many plates where showing. I was handing out tape to anyone who wanted it to cover up.
If any owner would like me take it down I would respect that but shame on you for not thinking about it sooner and being proactive instead of reactive about it.

I think your daughter "flubbering" (is that a word?
) her lips at the banquet was hillarious. She was so cute.

I know the feeling you had with your brakes, i was having the same. I should have bought some replacement pads, however i figured i would be alright. I was wrong, for most of the sessions i was forced to brake at 4.5 because my pads just weren't biting.... Next year i am coming with fresh pads and rotors, so i can get back into my late braking!
Thanks! Yeah i was trying to figure out what was all done to that maroon DA! That thing was quick down the back straight!

it has the poor mans type r (gsr bottom, b16 head). its built, but i don't know specifically what parts. the thing is an absolute blast to drive. i had to baby my car like crazy on the second day because of brakes, i had HPS's the first day that were completely gone after the third session. i figured parts store oem replacements are better then not driving, so i swapped over to those for the second day, and they only lasted me two sessions. i lost brake feel after braking for the back straight so i pitted in and found this.

yea it is. when i got back to the paddock i hopped out and the piston was on fire (green flame). i haven't tried to hard to get them apart because i've already replaced the caliper and it makes a neat paper weight. i dont think it was the pads fault, because the driver's side was ok, with a decent amount of material left. i guess an rsx had a similar issue on day 2 as well. pads definitely aren't suppose to bend and fuse with the piston that's for sure.
