I take issue with this ad as I am not convinced that the way you have described this item is accurate, and I am concerned that you are misrepresenting the item for your benefit. I see that the item is now sold, but the buyer should be made aware of the following inconsistencies:

1. The title of this ad reads "EG CDM SiR Cluster", however there was no such vehicle as a 5th generation ""CDM SiR" Civic. Canadian Domestic Market (CDM) SiR Civics first existed in 1999-00 as a 6th generation model.
2. The item on eBay is billed as being removed from an "SiR VTi Model Civic", however this vehicle also did not exist in the CDM, nor likely in any other. The ad does mention "UKDM" in the title description, but if this were true, then the speedometer would record speed in MPH on the outer numbers with Km/h on the inner numbers, just as speedometers do in the US.
3. The cluster can't be UKDM or EDM as it does not have the correct warning light symbols. All European vehicles have a triangular-shaped hazard flashers indicator light in the top left spot, while the one pictured is blank. Also, any top-market EG6 vehicle in Europe also had a low fuel indicator light, which the one pictured is also missing.
4. The cluster can't be JDM either as it also does not have the correct warning light symbols for this market either. All JDM EG6 vehicles have a catalytic converter temperature warning indicator light in the top left spot, while the one pictured is blank. JDM EG6s also had a low fuel indicator light.
5. The cluster also has a red-line which begins at 6500RPM. EG6s fitted with a B16 or variant engine have a red-line which starts higher than this.
6. Finally, the cluster has a white outline around the bottom right indicator light, which is a tell-tale sign of an up-shift light mounted in this location, as found on CDM/USDM VXs and USDM CXs. The plug for this feature can be seen on the back side on the bottom in white (where the cruise control plug is mounted on vehicles with this feature).

The evidence above makes me suspect that the cluster is in fact from a CDM VX model, with needles custom painted yellow. CDM VXs use Km/h, have no hazard warning light/catalytic converter temperature warning light, no low fuel light, have a 6500RPM red-line, and have an up-shift light.
