I just bought a 91 crx si and its letting in water
there was a small puddle behind the drivers seat and some in the spare tire well too
i found a little hole in the spare tire well but nothing to let it in behind the drivers seat ive mostly taken the interior apart and found its coming from the roof but i cant find any holes and its not wet around the sunroof

I think it might have something to do with this hose


what is it? it was full with this liquid


and it was plugged up by this which was filled with crap


there was one on both sides in this location and felt like it went through and out of the car behind the bumper im assuming its a draining system for something


so wtf is this and would it cause water inside my car?

 

yup sunroof track drain. common crx problem

 

it is a drainage system for water that gets below the sunroof seal. if the lines are severed at any point along the way from the sunroof to the outside of the car, then you'll most likely be having the issues that you are now. try and trace the entire length of the lines and see if you can figure out where the water is coming from.

 

judging by the bottle and color, it looks like orange gatorade. Read what the bottle says maybe that will help

 

actually it was lemon lime before I drank it and filled it with the water from the lines
So not so much orange Gatorade LOL I knew someone would say that
