I had my licence taken away before for like 9 months and now i have it back, but the other day i accidentaly let a chip of the tires out on a road and at the other road another cuz i haven't driven my car in like a year, im on probabtion again but its only a ticket and not a show cause notice or a court date, its only 2 demerites i think also and when i was in driver improvement they said they can't take your licence away for little 2 demerite things like illegal lights on cars and stuff but you will still get the 2 demerites, the ticket i got was only a noise violation and the cop said im lucky i didn't get a speeding ticket or something, im sure i can fight it pretty easily anyways because i can tell them that i couldn't drive the car properly yet and my cluthc is sorta wearing out and beginning to slip, but i don't think they can take my licence for something that small again... any input is welcome..

Im asking for opinions, do you think i can win this thing cuz its so small and if i can't im hoping to not get my licence taken away again...thats the worse case scenario of course but still...

So the whole point of this was to tell us that you got a noise violation

 

THe whole point was to see what you guys thought about this, and if any of you knw what to do or had experience with it...I guess its not as serious as I though it was...
