Default IS300 fog retro pics

These were the best pics I could get without taking a bunch of stuff apart, gives a quick idea of what to do. The IS fogs are much better than stock.

Wont be for awhile, gotta order an axle, put new tires on, and get it inspected. Its just a flat cutoff, nothing fancy.

The screws in the picture are on the OEM bracket, its unmodifed. The IS300 fog is modified. I dont really see where a write up would be much more helpful than this picture. The only thing It doesnt show is where to cut the frame rails, which is easy to mark out with the fogs in place. This literally took me an hour, both fogs are straight after the 1st attempt.

e46civic is right it isnt hard. Two of the is300 holes almost line up with the OE bracketso if you put them in loosely (so you can get both in at the same time) Trim a little of the fog light housings (so you can access the OE adjustment screw and put in the upper screw in place) and youre good. I actually am in the process of using my spare D4s hid setup for these to go with my TL/RS ZKW lens headlight retro so i did some extra cutting to the fog light (which is nothing because the housing is so damn strong) making a mounting for the bulb, enclosures to block out water, and washers between the OE bracket and the foglight to move the fogs away from the frame. its looking great and after putting in the bulb and testing it, its looks damn good.

They do not use HID bulbs. They use 9006 and ive read that some use H3. Ill be using an HID setup in mine just because i can and have two setups that never sold so i said oh well might as well use it on mine!

The headlight and corner bulbs? They have to be turned on for the fogs to work. I covered up the headlights so you could see the fogs.

He is saying that it wont be for awhile because he's gotta order an axle, put new tires on, and get it inspected. Its just a flat cutoff, nothing fancy.

But what exactly are you looking for as far as pics? Cutoff? What it looks like on? He cant do anything yet anyhow. And if its for the cutoff its just a regular ol flat cutoff. I too have these on mine and its, like he said, a normal flat cutoff. its not like theres a color mod or clear lens on it
