If you swap injector 4 with another injector, does the problem follow injector 4?

 

YES THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME, CANT FIGURE IT OUT

 

Check whether the wire running between the injector and ECU lacks continuity or has a short. Check whether the other wire at the injector has battery voltage when the key is turned to ON(II). If the wires are fine, then you may have a bad ECU.

 

possible the wires to the injector are backwards? other than that, RonJ pretty much covered all i could think of

 

all wires were chased back to ecu and were fine and everything is getting power i put my stock ecu on for a sec and the problem is the same, im not sure about the injector getting power while only ignition on
