differences in final drives

differences in final drives
is there much difference between the 2 final drive ratios? I have a 96 jdm itr tranny and was wondering how much difference if any if i put in a 98 jdm final drive? thanks what gains if any will i get. right now im about 4500 rpm in 5th @ 75mph
