Default Head Gasket question for boosted B16

Ok, now I dont want to sound like a cheapass, even though I really am lol. But a new OEM gasket from Honda is $67 with my discount... and the ebay OEM knock offs are like $20 shipped.

Ive used an ebay one before without any problems on my previous NA B16. They are both made of the same MLS material (multi layer steel). Im not sure how the cheap ones will hold up to boost tho... What do you guys think? Is it worth saving the extra $50?

is blowing your motor worth saving $50? not that it WILL happen, but would you feel better knowing you put a good quality part in?

i've seen felpro from the local auto parts stores hold 500+ whp with no problems.

they are like 32 bux, and it comes with a warrenty.

sounds like a no brainer to me!

Thats a big job to cheap out on something, have it blow on you. Then have to do it all over again and wind up spending 100 bucks & be out a lot of time.
