Just picked up a 95 4 door accord with a very underpowered f22b2. Iv done lots of B, H and a few K series swaps but never done any work on the F series. Need a lil help, not sure if I should build up the motor I have or do a swap? And if I do a swap what swap is the best for the car?

 

f22b2 is probably the worst out of the f22 bunch

f22b1 is sohc vtec (better)
f22a6 sohc (best f22, better head flow, etc)
f22b dohc non-vtec (equivalent to h23)
h23 dohc non-vtec
h22 (best swap)
k24 or k20 (still being worked on i believe)
f20b (almost same hp as h22, higher redline)
f23 (sohc vtec)

if you want to keep the f22b2, boost for best power
