If you ride too low your shocks will go out within 2 years, thats considering you have the right spring rate and shock combo. Go cheap on springs/coilovers/shocks and your shocks will be out with in a few months.

Full coilovers are the only way to ride under 2inchs and still maintain shock travel.

Extended top hats are another thing you can upgrade too.

Exatcly. My car is slammed and its such a pain in the ***. I have to look far down the road for potholes so I dont smash my sh*t up but the stance of the car does look sick.

scraping, cant fit the jack, hard to work on underneath, less travel= use caution on bumps, sometimes hard to get out of, other drivers dont see you, not being able to see your car in a parking lot and thinking it got stolen, not being able to see around/past other vehicles, difficult to use drivethroughs/atms, objects getting stuck under the car while driving like tree branches, cups etc.

what he said dont forget bags and bottles that get stuck and melted to your exhaust piping.... it makes you not wanna change your oil, you have to be extra cautious of deceiving puddles when it rains, the entrances at alot of shopping centers weren't designed for lowered cars (or most sub compact cars for that matter), ever got stuck on an entrance ramp?, how about a speed bump? ...Poor bird on the highway I ran over, I heard it get 3 times under the car.. like aa bouncin action...Poor frog I ran over and got out the car... he wasnt there anymore .... where did he go? If I had my lip on he would of bin scooped up... and planning your trip ahead of time so you don't take the bad roads.

i always think my car got jacked, but its there, increase wear on ball joints, and bushings (if not preloaded)

My header to exhaust flange sits low so when my car was slammed I took out at least 10-12 road reflectors in a 4 mile stretch.
