Well i checked my plugs the other day and they were wet with oil.... im thinking they are from the Gromets... but at the same time i dont.... the tip of the plug is wet when i took it out.. i dont burn much oil... and the car also doesnt smoke only when i get into Vtec it shoots couple small puffs but i heard its normal for a B16 to do that.. also i have Straight piping with an 8" Magnaflow Resonator... what could this be?

VTEC not vtech. you drive a honda..not a phone!!!
it isnt normal for any car to smoke but alot of hondas do smoke and those hondas that do smoke are still very reliable and can see plenty of more miles smoking.
as for the oil on the sprak plugs..
if the spark plug "wire" (top) area is wet..then yes it is the valve cover gasket grommets leaking.
if the electrode area is wet of oil (bottom)...then you have bad rings or low compression.
if the electrode area is wet of gas (bottom)...you have no spark or little spark or you were cranking the car way to long without starting
