Is the damaged mesh repairable?

Those are the only pics I have right now. And the damaged one is not repairable. I may just sell them 1 at a time for spares.

They all hold air. I've actually been using all four on my civic until about a month ago when I started doing the engine swap. Now they're just sitting in my garage.

The other 3 do have surface scratches, they're not bent or anything but they would either need to be painted or sand blasted and re-cleared.
