More pics of amp rack, thread-serts for mounting, what we call a "non-invasive" or no holes install. All factory mounting locations use thread-serts, as well as mounting locations on amp rack for amp, processor, and crossovers.

The entire system is ran off of one amplifier, a 3 channel Xtant, basically a 2 channel amp and a mono block amp in one chassis. Its rated @ 150 X 2 into 2 ohms (current load) and 300 X 1 into 2 ohms mono (current load). You wouldnt guess by the size of the amp, but one of the main goals in the system design is weight, the aluminum amp rack weighs about 4 lbs, pods, sub box, all fiberglass and VERY light. The sub is a little on the heavy side, about 20 lbs, I am looking for a lighter weight replacement that will give close to the same sound quality, the Diamond Audio mac daddy subs are in a league of their own for SQ.

That is just pure sexiness.....I wish I could weld.
Have similar gear sitting in the closet waiting to go into the car.
Think you could make another one (adding a PPI DEQ230 eq)?

Assuming the amp is the 603, I also have a 604 and the footprint is bigger, although I could make one for either amp. I would also need a footprint with mounting holes for all the other processors..... I could make another, its just time and money, I have time.

*Thumbs UP*, KUDOS on the Audiocontrol equipment, i used to work for a shop that carried that, nice EXPENSIVE stuff! Not to mention Focal and Xtant, also very expensive stuff. Props man!
Great work on amp rack

I'll try to get some fresh pics up soon. I am in the process of rebuilding and recovering the door panels with grey vinyl for the upper portion of the door, black suede w/red stitch for the lower section. Also rebuilding the speaker grills in the door for the mid/tweets to be flushed in (similar to kick pods).
