If you frequent the NE classifieds you may have viewed the listing for my green '93 hatch with a K20 swap. I have decided to remove the K series swap and sell the hatch to my buddy with an B18B1 in it (yes, I know I will have to weld the passenger side mount and part of the floor back in amongst other things). The car was not getting enough interest even with a stupid low price, so I decided to try this route. If I can't sell everything this way, the car will stay together...I AM NOT POOR AND DO NOT NEED MONEY, SO EXTREME LOW BALLERS GTFO! With that being said...if you are interested, I would like to arrange a weekend test drive, after which if you decide to purchase the swap, and you have given me the money, I will remove ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in my family's automotive repair facility, which should take about an afternoon (5 to 6 hours or less to take my time and make sure nothing is messed up upon removal). During this time you can go to a local mall, or just chill in the waiting room and watch some TV or something (I can't have people in the actual work area due to insurance reasons). When everything is all said and done, you will leave with EVERYTHING needed to swap your car including the swap itself of course. This swap is not stolen, and there is no BS! I am as straight up of a guy as you will find on honda-tech, and my reputation proves that.
OK...Here is what you will get:
2004 K20A2 complete swap (RSX TYPE S) Has between 65k and 70k...about 15k since headwork was done.
Circuit Worx hubs(to allow the use of Type S axles)
R Crew header
RBC intake manifold
K-tuned RBC intake manifold adapter
Karcepts shifter mounting kit
Karcepts AC and PS delete/tensioner
Hasport motor mounts
Karcepts cold air intake
Skunk2 Megapower RR 3" exhaust
Misimoto radiator + fan
Golden Eagle fuel rail
steel braided fuel lines + fittings
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator + fuel pressure gauge
Exedy clutch 3 puck stage 2
Act Streetlite flywheel
Skunk2 stage 2 cams
Supertech valvetrain
RC 540 injectors (may be a bit big, but they work fine)
Walbro fuel pump
PRB ecu with Hondata Kpro tuned by yosolo (227 whp and just shy of 170 wtq)
In my opinion, and in the opinion of other knowledgable K series people on Honda-tech, if smaller injectors were used, and the car was retuned it would probably make higher numbers. The only "issue" the swap even has would be the fact that it is running in open loop (the car is tuned on KPRO for use without an O2 sensor). What this does is make the engine "break up" (for lack of a better term) at partial throttle between 3500 and 4000 rpms. If you read on Hondata's website, and on Honda-tech, you will see that this is a common occurence on engines running in open loop. If you do not believe me, look it up. Also there is no catalytic converter, so it may not be "legal" in your state, but to be honest, there are not too many K20 guys running a cat that I have seen. if you are in the market for a K20A2 series swap, and you have an eg hatch or a DC2/4 DB7/8 integra (everything but the exhaust would work in that case), look no further. I priced everything out brand new and the total was well above $10,000 even if you got everything through EBAY, and a got a good deal on the swap. I am asking $6000 for EVERYTHING listed, but I am open to offers. Maybe you want the swap and a few certain things, but you have an EF, DA, DC5...in that case make me an offer for just the swap and the other things that will work, and we"ll go from there. I am just trying to make this easier on me, and the potential buyer by not splitting things up, but I will if need be. Here is a pic, and please PM me if you are serious, or call these two numbers. My name is Clay.

So what exactly does the car do between 3500-4000rpm's? How exactly would you fix this break-up issue? Run a closed loop with o2 sensor's and a new tune? Still seriously pondering!

Come down and drive it...it stumbles until you open it up to full throttle...According to Saxon, most people don't properly tune the part throttle fuel maps in a situation like this, and without an O2 sensor to monitor everything this sort of thing becomes commonplace at certain rpms. With the proper O2 sensor (even just the primary one) and a tune the engine should run much better in partial throttle situations. If you've never ran a car in open loop, its hard to explain, but I will try to find the info on Hondatas site and get back to you. It would be nice to sell everything to you, since you live so close. Thanks!
Bump for a clean *** setup!
Seen it in person, give it two thumbs up!
Clay is the man, great guy to deal with, especially with his crackhead prices, Flakers GTFO
Thanks again!
