car wont start... need help

car wont start... need help

When i went out to try to start my car today it wouldnt start, when i turn the key it makes a clicking noise. I have never had this happen to me before. Can someone help me out?

battery is dead.
jump it or charge then go have it checked replace if neccasary.

sounds right. or you can try moving the two wires that connect to the battery itself, maybe its loose and not tightened or maybe corroded

but most likely battery is dead

1.) Dead battery
2.) Shitty Engine Ground
3.) Starter
4.) Loose wire

Its most likely one of those. Go to a local auto zone and have your battery tested its free

+1 but in this order instead...

dead battery
starter
loose connections (batery or starter)
poor ground wire
