energy suspension bushings?
im thinking of installing energy suspension bushing for the front lower control arms and rear trailling arms.I have an eg and its going to be driven on the road but also weekend autox and track day car.Im not to concern about the ride qualities but didnt want to put sperical bushings in ...do u guys like the poly bushings or dislike?

they work well, with a considerate stiffness in the ride, more direct connection to the driver. it does get rather tedious on bad roads.
i have ES bushing and i like them. They will wear out after a year or two so plan to replace. If you want something that lasts longer try hard rubber bushings. Also, do not replace rear trailing arm bushing with poly, you will do more harm than good. Spherical if you want an upgrade, otherwise leave OEM, i doubt you will be able to know the difference.
ive been through 2 sets and some of the bushings, especially the upper control arm ones, will have significant wear and slop after less than a year if you drive the car year round.
any recamindations on an alternative and why arnt the tailling arm bushings any good...anyone using the mugen hard rubber trailling arm bushings

ah, the caster gains are from the upper camber arms, I see now.
I thought there were caster gains from the Hard Race LCA's as that is what the OP is looking into.
