removing paint from tail lights

Default removing paint from tail lights

the po of my crx painted over the tails with what appears to be rattle can paint but i am unsure of what kind it is. What is the best way to remove it without destorying the tail?

laquer thinner then wax worked for me many times

You can try that, if it doesn't work you can sand it and then use a buffer to get some rubbing compound on it, and then polish it up.
