k so i found a h22 motor w/ no trans. i know the f22 trans hooks up to the h22 motor...my question is...

if the h22 was pulled from an automatic car how hard would it be to bolt up my manual trans and make it work?

 

As easy as unbolting your F22 engine and bolting up the H22. Use the flywheel & clutch from the F and use it with the H22 block . It's that easy.

 

no electrical issues or anything like that? no wiring i gota take care of? i guess it does come with auto trans which i could sell....

does anybody know anything about this engine dealer?

Are you asking for information about swapping the engine in or whether or not the trans will bolt up?

There are a number of H22 swap Do It Yourself threads in the FAQ's at the top of the Accord forum. Also it would make things a bit easier for people to answer your questions if you told them a bit about what year the engine is and what make model and year the car you plan on putting it into is.

I suggest you read the FAQ's, read all the info about the Hswaps. Then come back and ask any specific swap questions that you may have after reading the DIY's.

To answer your question about the H bolting to an F trans. Yes it will. But If I remmember correctly the H engine & F trans combo won't just drop into the 4th Gen Accord Chassis without some Prelude parts.

Read the FAQ engine swap info for the H22 into a 4th gen Accord. I'm pretty sure there is a list of parts and wiring info in there.
