timing question

is there a way to set the timing without taking the rankshaft pully off

you dont need to take it off you pulley takes it had marks on the pulley itself

just line up the 3 marks on the cam pulley and make sure the #1 cylinder is at TDC, but make sure its on the right stoke, i messed up and had mine on the exhaust stroke and thew my timing waaaay off lol
