AEM CAI for SOHC on a DOHC..will it work ??
Hi,all
Just sold my eg5 and got an eg6..I'd like to keep my AEM CAI as I can't afford to buy another one. I was wondering if anyone have tried to put the SOHC CAI on a DOHC engine ?? And what was the results ??

i got faith in ya...bet u can make it fit...for the money u spent on AEM CAI u better make it fit, LOL. the only difference with sohc and dohc is the length between the intake and the old box hole. minor adjustment and it'll work out

the throddle body on my 98 coupe point d up and i beleive the DOHC is horzintal..ull need to cut the end piece and tweak it bit, maybe need a bit of plumbing supplies..but it ll work

Great..Yeah I'd rather NOT have to spend another 200 $ on a CAI 
Will let you know how it goes.And I'll get it dynoed as well just to make sure there's no loss of power..
